IoT Enabled & Cloud Based Automated 3D Printing Smart Teaching Factory with Data Analytics

Scopes:

  • To implement an IoT based 3D printing smart factory with automation which comprises of – 3D Printers , Robot automation and related software configured for cloud-based data analytics dashboards on the performance monitoring

Objectives:

  • To deliver, install and test 21 units of 3D printers solution, robot automation, related equipment and software connected through IoT
  • To deliver a dashboard monitoring system on this smart factory’s performance, operation & Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as the final output.

Scopes:

  • Equipment Front End Module (EFEM) : Provide handling mechanism to pick up and transfer the wafer out from magazine into the Automated Optical Inspection machine (AOI) and return the wafer into the magazine after inspection is performed.

Objectives:

  • To develop Digital Twin platform that enables user to identify potential deviations from optimum equipment conditions.
  • Simulate the future states of equipment, thus enabling the development of predictive maintenance models.
